Oven frame is made of 5" commercial steel channel, welded and coated with corrosion resistant paint for extra long service life.

Electro-mechanical drive system includes variable pitch pulley, gear reducer, double strand roller chain and sprockets.

atmospheric mix air/gas combustion system includes main gas valve, solenoid valve, gas cock valve, atmospheric mixer, drilled pipe burner and pilot system.

1" packed mineral wool insulated doors on left-hand, right-hand and rear side of the oven.

Spring activated heat expansion compensator system for each baking belt.
